Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns only in cases where items are damaged. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.  A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We may request clear photos or videos of the damage for verification purposes. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zeisglobal.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You may either visit the above location in person or send a representative to return the item. A cash refund will be issued immediately upon return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), Custom or personalized products Personal care items (e.g., beauty products), Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item (once approved), and then place a new, separate order for the replacement.
